If these are among your goals, Right Body Fitness, LLC will get you there. Let the proven results of a certified personal trainer make your fitness goals a reality. By training with a trainer for at least two times per week, measurable changes can be made in just weeks! Ryan provides everything you will need – the plan, expertise, focused attention, on going encouragement and accountability – to begin your journey to a leaner, healthier you. Sessions are held in a private studio in downtown Waukesha or, upon request, in the client’s home. Outdoor training, including race and run training, is also available depending on your fitness goals and when weather permits.

  • One (1) FREE 30-60 min fitness consultation.
  • At least two (2) one hour (60 min) sessions per week.
  • Specific workouts provided for you to complete on your own.
  • Body fat analysis/weigh in every 6 weeks.
  • EXTENSIVE Nutritional guidance. Nutrition is the CORNERSTONE to your success in finding the RIGHT BODY for you. This includes habit building techniques and calorie/macro recommendations.
  • Access to me 24/7. I am there every step of the way with you.
